Rigatoni with Cannabis and minced meat

Hi, I am Nonna Cannabis “The Italian granny who cooks with herbs”.

Today I’m going to show you how to prepare a delicious Rigatoni with cannabis and minced meat.

Ingredients:

  • 500 gr. Rigatoni pasta
  • 100 gr. Parmesan cheese powder
  • 450 gr. Minced or ground beef or pork
  • 500 gr. Ketchup
  • 250 gr. Curd
  • 200 gr grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons cannabis butter
  • 1 cup of water

Preparation:

Cook the 500gr. of rigatoni pasta in plenty of water with a little salt until it is al dente. That does not pass cooking to be able to place them vertically.

Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, rinse it with cold water and mix it with a spoonful of cannabis butter and 100gr. of parmesan cheese powder.

Then put a pan on the heat with a tablespoon butter of cannabis and dora 450gr. of minced meat. Add 500gr. of tomato sauce and a cup of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook covered for 15-20 minutes.

In a bowl mix 250gr. of cottage cheese with an egg and save it. Grease a removable mold with a little oil or melted butter and place the rigatoni vertically until the mold is filled. Cover them with the mixture of cottage cheese and egg, making sure it is evenly distributed. Then pour the tomato sauce with meat and spread it over the entire surface with your fingers, pressing to fill the holes in the pasta.

To finish bake the cake for about 15 minutes (with the oven preheated to 200º), remove it, cover it with 200gr. of grated cheese and return to bake another 15 minutes. Before unmolding, pass a knife over the edge so that it does not stick, remove the side walls. Ready to serve.
