Exercises for a Healthy Heart

To maintain a healthy heart we must perform an exercise routine and this is recommended for all ages:

  1. Warm up for 6 minutes at a pace that allows you to converse without difficulty.
  2. Climb a slope with little inclination, to increase the heart rate. The breathing will speed up and you could not speak if you tried.
  3. Reduce the pace of the race until you can speak again.
  4. Repeat steps 2. and 3. three more times.
  5. It ends with a cooling of 3 minutes.
