Researchers in the UK believe that exercises can delay the aging process. A study at King’s College London, compared the telomeres (sequences of non-coding DNA at the end of the chromosomes that protect them) of the participants. With age, the telomeres are decreasing until they can not work and the cells die.

However, the telomeres of participants who exercised more in their free time were longer than those who did not do as much physical activity. That led the scientists to the conclusion that those who exercise regularly are biologically younger than those who are sedentary.

Exercising before going to bed will cause your muscles to burn more calories at night.
